Acceptance of Referrals

Our corporate policy is to work on a co-operative basis with other insurance/financial planning individuals who may be in a position to refer cases to us. For example, a life insurance agent may have as an existing client an attorney or claims specialist who is involved in a case and would benefit from our services. We would accept the case with the anticipation that if structured, the referring agent would share in any resulting commission. We have also entered into similar arrangements with life and health insurance agencies, to the mutual benefit of all parties.

Strategic Alliances

As part of the overall corporate strategy, J. Hadus & Associates is actively involved in joint ventures with various insurance brokerage houses, insurance companies, risk management organizations, self insured’s and law firms. In these situations, our respective organizations enter into an agreement to bring the full resources of each to bear to provide the optimum benefit in the marketing/settlement of Structured Settlements.

These agreements work to the mutual benefit of all parties and we would welcome the opportunity to demonstrate how a working partnership based upon an understanding of our respective roles and duties maximizes available resources and reduces your claims cost.

Career Opportunities

We are always interested in adding qualified career minded people to our staff. The ideal candidate would have an insurance/legal background with an emphasis on marketing skills. Financial planning expertise, negotiating abilities, the ability to function under stress and attentions to detail are traits important in the Structured Settlement industry.

We actively support ethics in our business practices, along with a policy of diversity and community involvement.
